Finding Real Peace

There's really only one Way to find Peace

If you’re reading this, you or someone you love is facing some tough life challenges.  Whether you’re dealing with a child who has been abused, a marriage that is failing, or facing unfair obstacles to just be in your child’s life, there is only one way to find true peace and healing:

Jesus Christ, the Creator and Savior of the world.

He came to save us: “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16

He took upon himself our sorrows: “Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows.” Isaiah 53:4

With His stripes we are healed. “But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.” Isaiah 53:5

He fixes our broken hearts. “He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound.” Isaiah 61:1

He invites us to find rest in Him: “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:28

He gives us peace: “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” John 14:27

He blesses the meek, and humble, and sorrowful:

Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.

Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.

Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.

Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.

Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.

Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.

Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

Matthew 5:3-12

As you or your loved one go through challenges, please don’t go through them alone. If you’re a believer and already praying and seeking God’s comfort and His direction, please continue to do so.  If you’re not a believer or have not asked for Heaven’s help, please consider turning to God and asking for peace, healing, and guidance in your life. Then listen and allow yourself to enter His loving embrace.
